This elegant farmhouse-style restaurant features traditional Italian recipes by three-Michelin-star chef Mauro Colagreco. As it suggests, Fiamma translates to “flame”, so you can expect lots of wood-fire cooking and grilling over open flames all custom made Phoenix oven and grills.
Stepping into this restaurant is meant to remind us of an Italian farmhouse that’s been taken up a notch with wood-fired ovens and cosy seating nooks. Each dining area has its own title: you can choose to casually lounge by the “Den” or get front row galley seats at the “Kitchen Chamber” which features busy chefs working on a 4m long custom wood-fired grill and bespoke Marrone cooking stations.
