Beach side dining comes to life with fresh, locally-crafted entrees, seafood baskets and steamed buckets of prawns, clams and mussels from the lively show kitchen.  Signature dishes prepared by Executive chef Mario Hofmann include whole local seabass wrapped in banana leaf, whole black garoupa baked in sea salt crust and roasted free-range suckling pig, all prepared in the Phoenix Oven front of house.
